By purchasing a used two-wheeler from BikeDilwado, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions specified herein.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request the cancellation of an order for a used two-wheeler prior to its dispatch for delivery. Once the vehicle has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained. However, post-delivery, customers may request an exchange in accordance with the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Conditions for Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled prior to the vehicle being dispatched for delivery.

Used two-wheelers that have been modified, damaged, or altered in any manner after purchase are not eligible for cancellation.

Exchange requests may be considered only if the vehicle is returned in its original condition, accounting for reasonable wear and tear. BikeDilwado may apply applicable charges for any discrepancies.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund will be processed only if the cancellation request meets the conditions stated above. Upon approval of a valid cancellation request, BikeDilwado will initiate the refund process within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase and will cover the full purchase price of the used two-wheeler, excluding non-refundable charges such as:

4. Refund Process
Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, BikeDilwado will inspect the returned vehicle (if applicable) to ensure compliance with the specified conditions. If the vehicle meets the eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
