Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I find my bike's registration state?
We may not currently purchase certain registration numbers due to paperwork restrictions. However, we’re expanding quickly and plan to include more regions across India soon.
Does BikeDilwado offer home inspections?
Yes, we provide home inspections for a convenient selling experience. Submit your details on the "Sell Your Bike" page, and our team will schedule an appointment.
Is there a fee for the bike inspection?
No, inspections at BikeDilwado's retail branches are completely free.
Why might there be a difference between online valuation and the final offer?
Online valuation estimates a perfect-condition bike. The final offer is based on an in-depth inspection, considering aesthetics, mechanics, mileage, and market trends.
What is checked during a bike inspection?
Our inspection is comprehensive: document verification, test drive, and checks on the exterior, tires, engine, transmission, electrical systems, suspension, and brakes.
How long does an inspection take?
Typically, it takes 20-30 minutes, but may extend to 60 minutes depending on the bike's condition.
What are your branch hours?
Branches operate from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. To avoid delays, arrive by 5 PM and call 7985611859 to schedule an appointment.
Can my driver bring the bike for inspection?
Yes, but the driver must have all the required documents. The owner must self-attest documents, and we need the owner's bank details for transactions.
What documents should I bring for the inspection?
- Original registration certificate
- PAN card of the owner
- Owner's KYC (Aadhar, Passport, or Voter ID)
- Insurance policy, service history, and spare keys
- Extended warranty (if available) and purchase invoice
For instant payment:
- Two self-attested passport photos of the owner
- Cancelled cheque/bank details with IMPS
Additional documents for financed or company-owned bikes are required.
Why is the quote valid for only 24 hours?
Market conditions and potential wear and tear influence pricing, making quotes valid for just 24 hours.
