Order Cancellation

Customers are entitled to request the cancellation of their order for a used two-wheeler before the item is dispatched for delivery. After delivery, the product can only be exchanged and is not eligible for a return. Cancellation Conditions

• Used two-wheelers that have been modified, damaged, or altered in any way after purchase cannot be canceled.
• Cancellation requests can only be made before the vehicle is dispatched for delivery.
• Exchange requests for used two-wheelers will only be considered if the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase, with reasonable wear and tear (subject to applicable charges from the company).

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be processed if the cancellation request meets the conditions mentioned above. Once a cancellation request is approved, BikeDilwado will initiate the refund process within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will cover the full purchase price of the used two-wheeler, excluding any additional fees or charges, such as payment gateway fees, delivery charges, or taxes.

Refund Process

BikeDilwado's team will inspect the returned vehicle to ensure it meets the specified cancellation conditions and process the refund accordingly. If the vehicle is found to be in satisfactory condition, the refund will be issued within 5-7 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
